High Power

My own journey has taken me around the world several times,
but
the journey towards self discovery is the greatest adventures of life!

There had never been a time in my lives when I so much needed a source of strength beyond myself.
I would be overwhelmed otherwise.

There are periods in life when I realized more than ever in my life is not totally in my control.
And I've always looked to God.
God is what I believe in.
We don't need to be a religious traditionalist to understand the meaning of a Higher Power.
It is a force larger than ourselves,
greater than our ego.
It's provides a sense that no matter what happens,
we'll be OK,
that we'll ultimately survive any crisis,
any horror,
any difficult time in our lives.
If there's something over which we have control
and to which we have committed,
we must to it to the best of our abilities
or not at all.
However,
when something unexpected happens over which we have no control,
we must have the faith to trust that something greater than ourselves
will guide us.
All that mattered is that we had to take responsibilities to ourselves.
Well, we all see the workd differently and I a excited for that.
Otherwise,
what a boring world this would be!

But a garden,
an orchard full of trees and herbs
full of pleasure,
and nothing there but Delight!

Grouchy Red DUckling

Every Who
Down in Who-FSVille
liked to befriend with me
(A lot)

But that
Red Duckling,
who lived just East of Who-FSVille
did NOT!

That Red Duckling has entertain hostile feelings towards me!
The whole world of me!
Now, please don't ask me why??
I don't quite know the reason:
It could be her head wasn't screwed on just right,
It could be, perhaps, that her shoes were too tight,
But I think that the most likely reason of all
May have been that her heart was two sizes too small
That makes her such a grouchy gal!

But whatever the reason,
Her heart or shoes,
I don't give a damn...
She has a grouchy frown on her face,
And write a grouchy phrase

It only made me laugh really really hard...

((Anger,
Resentment,
Envy,
Self-pity,
and hostile feelings
are wasteful reactions.
They greatly drain our time.
They sap our energy
and Happiness))

A perfect day is..

When I wake up to the sweet smell of flowers

that permiate everywhere
I untangle from cool sheets
and look into the mirror..
there....
I can see no sadness on my eyes,
And I appear rested.

I look at my life with my eyes open,
And when I look at my life ledger's,
I realize that I am a very rich person.
My heart begin to overflow with gratefulness.
My silent companion has lit lantern of love
To illuminate the path to wholeness.
And I listen to the whisper of my own heart...


I've learned to be the catalyst of my own changes.
I think that things outside my control won't bring me
Happiness.
And I am willing to discover
Then appreciate the authentic moments of happiness
Available everyday
As everyday is a GIFT.

Oh Earth, you are so wonderful for anybody to realize you!
